Subject: [PATCH] ArticleCategories && Articles for Learning Section This
 commit contains a new section for Learning or keeping up with the different
 ways we can learn. From an Blog-Post to Video Tutorials, Github-Packages,
 whatever we would like to read, watch, download. It's an alternative to
 saving all our Articles and packages, instead of our Bookmark bar. Since
 Larancer is for helping Freelancers to organize themselves, I thought this
 section could be usefull.
