[VSCode Extension] Integrate new file functionality

• Implement a proper “New File” workflow that creates a real file on the filesystem instead of simply clearing the canvas/editor state.

• Also implement a functional “Create QuickMock File” command that generates a new QuickMock file with the appropriate extension and initial template/content.
