Feature Request: Attach Lorebook to a Persona #31

Right now you can only attach a Lorebook to a character. This is useful for persisting information about them like backstory NPCs or events for them. If you have a Persona that has significant NPCs or backstory to them, you have to try to cram it all into their Persona card which wastes tokens and creates more "noise" the LLM character has to sift thru for what's important for them to know about the persona.
Describe the solution you'd like
In a given chat, you can activate Lorebooks for a character that will automatically attach if you start a new chat with them. The ability to attach a Lorebook to a persona in the same manner would be pretty sweet too.
Describe alternatives you've considered
Right now I just manually attach it to every chat with that persona, but since it makes it active for that character instead, any other chats with that character (maybe diff persona) I need to make sure I turn it off.
