Tutorial/documentation: environments

make an "environments" tutorial/documentation, which walks the user though the different environments available (minigrid and ratinabox) and how to install/use them (e.g. the use of env_package and env_key) 

at the end, point the user to Shell.py, which they can use to add their down environments
