Manipulation of a Radiobox destroys the Radiobox

I am using com.github.librepdf.openpdf 1.4.2 to manipulate an already manipulated pdf. The pdf is produced at another part of the code. If the PDF is opened by Adobe, Nepatek, EDocBox or another Software, I want the radioboxes to show light blue diamonds instead of black ticks. Once I have manipulated the pdf via openpdf however, the radioboxes no longer work: One can select both Radioboxes.

Please implement a method to make manipulating Checkboxes / Radioboxes easier and without destroying the Checkbox / Radiobox.
