在WSL中安装bazel后，不能执行bazel run

安装方式如下：
第 1 步：添加 Bazel 发行版 URI 作为软件包源

sudo apt install apt-transport-https curl gnupg -y
curl -fsSL https://bazel.build/bazel-release.pub.gpg | gpg --dearmor >bazel-archive-keyring.gpg
sudo mv bazel-archive-keyring.gpg /usr/share/keyrings
echo "deb [arch=amd64 signed-by=/usr/share/keyrings/bazel-archive-keyring.gpg] https://storage.googleapis.com/bazel-apt stable jdk1.8" | sudo tee /etc/apt/sources.list.d/bazel.list

第 2 步：安装和更新 Bazel

sudo apt update
sudo apt install bazel

安装完成之后执行bazel run //practical_exercises/10_day_practice/day1:union报错：

我的解决方式如下：
在CPlusPlusThings/MODULE.bazel下写入（如果没有该文件，可以执行bazel run //practical_exercises/10_day_practice/day1:union）

bazel_dep(name = "rules_cc", version = "0.0.9")

再次运行，结果如下：
