add Support for scoped storage/Android 11+

i cant change the location to sd card with a11
i think it need to add all file access

I don't have an Android 11 so can't really test.
Just had a look at permissions for 11 and that's so messy.

If you go to /storage when selecting folder don't you have the sd card here?

Had a look on what to do and seems I will need to rewrite "a lot" of things.
But from my tests at least I now know what to do...
