A serious installation error occurred.
Multiple attempts to install on Windows 11 as administrator failed, resulting in the following error:

What's even more frustrating is that you didn't set up caching. I saw that the python-temp folder had just grown to 4.4GB, and when I tried to copy it over manually, it disappeared again, and then the download kept repeating (I've already done this at least seven or eight times).

I'm having the same issue on Windows 11 as well
