LBP 3 Refresher causing crash on launch after patch

Patching LBP 1 + 2 with the latest release of Refersher seems to be working well.
However, patching LBP 3 does not work, and causes the game to crash on launch in RPCS3.
Reverting the patch causes LBP 3 to launch again.

Patching LBP Karting and the Manuals with Refresher also causes running the apps to crash, but that could be b/c LBPK doesn't have a custom server.

Make sure you're not patching an already modified Eboot. LBPK, and especially the manuals, are not really supported.
