Megamenu entries for "HUB" pointing to wrong URLs

first section "HUB" entries point to "/sites/hub" or "/sites/intranet"
but the installation is in a different site collection called "/sites/LiveTilesHub"
so it is not changed accordingly to the installation target site collection
