EXTREME client lag/rubber banding when enabling "highlight active locations" in salvage

makes the entire game literally unplayable when its enabled, moving the camera around causes freezing and rubberbanding, same thing with mouse, and scrolling up and down with the mousehwheel in the runelite sidebar

I was unable to reproduce this issue with the settings shown (for salvaging) in the video. Heap dump didn't show any runaway memory leaks either.
