UI is broken when i try to load repo from disk fedora 37.

To help determine the problem, are you running the snap package or the AppImage installation?

I am running snap package and i installed from snap store.

Possible workaround:

sudo rm -rf /var/cache/fontconfig
rm -rf ~/.cache/fontconfig
rm -rf ~/snap/glint/common/.cache
fc-cache -r

I will look into updating the Glint snap package to use the newer gnome extension, which should fix this issue properly.
