Speech Verbosity All/Highlight/Summary was added but both does not work correctly and adds complicates to the usability.
What happens if the user changes the Speech Verbosity level in mid-use?
If they selected "Highlights" and change to "All" then the progress bar currently only shows Highlights... so what to do?
