Add popup UI option to use other/better/AI TTS options

Obviously missing is "Voice".
But while adding the ability to select a Voice we might as well consider adding other Voice providers.
Having a nice AI natural language voice (Whisper, ElevenLabs, etc) would be must less harsh on the ears.
