When mouse on progress bar, showing the image of that time?

Some video player has a feature: When you come on progress bar with your mouse, it shows you the image of that time. Can we add this feature?

This can only be achieved by either using BIF file format, or, by sending a TTS with the thumnails (you can also do that on the client, but it's resource intensive)
