This viewer is available in Microsoft Store, where it has a very low rating. While it has the advantage of being small in size, and is standalone, it cannot easily be used as the default app for .md files. In addition, it always starts by showing a message in Portuguese and requires manually changing to one of the few other supported languages, such as English. It fails to use the standard dialog box for opening files. Also, apparently, it can only be run from the metro Start menu. I gave up on using this app before actually getting it to work, so I can't say whether it has a good MD display or offers any customization or editing capabilities.
I'd encourage taking some time to refine this before release — there are some quality concerns that could affect users' experience. My recommendation is that it be removed from the Microsoft Store for now.
