[2.5.8] Bad PDF Quality

I was previously using MSE2 version 2.5.6 to print my custom cards into a PDF. (I am using a custom template 750x1046 300dpi build by myself.)

I just installed version 2.5.8 and the PDF output quality is very bad now.

Another clue is the file size:

Version	PDF output size
2.5.6	113 MB
2.5.8	14 MB

I reverted back to v2.5.6 (hagan version) and output quality is back to normal.

Any clue of what happened to the PDF engine between 2.5.6 and 2.5.8 ?
Any solution to fix that ?
