Hooks to allow additional monitoring modules #5
Description
It would be nice to have hooks placed in the alerting subsystem so that monitoring modules can keep track of different ushahidi alerting stats. ie messages sent, message failure, etc. This will allow for proactive maintenance of a deployment.
