Add a statement about passed events

There are pages on the website for passed events. We need a message on those pages that states the event has been past.

Web development is not my forte, I do what I can. Is there a way to keep the old html files somewhere as a template for future events.

Our 2019 cities are the only ones listed here. https://marchforscienceaustralia.org/cities/ We've pushed it back to cities and their relevant Facebook pages.

It's good to keep them as is. We just need to add a message that stayes the event is passed. Plus, I created the issue to attend to it myself, later!

No problems, It's just causing some confusion. Especially if cities are using Facebook this year. I think it's best if past events are archived somewhere so there is absolutely no confusion. Especially because it's this weekend.

I've removed "permalink" reference for cities, to remove any confusion.
