'Design456_Extrude' Failed. 'Part.Compound' object has no attribute 'normalAt'

Again normal extrude fails due to Part.Compound property which is missing the normalAt

This is caused by different things. Arrow widget fails when the shape is either cylinder or part of cylinder. Or it is a curved face.
this commit temporary fix the rotation but it is not correct yet. 8e15510
