now that we're back to using simple URLs for equality instead of comparing the game contents (6b4ac65), it should detect the case when a player suddenly has a massive amount of new games. this would signify (most likely) that the URL structure has changed and the developer needs to intervene. otherwise if nethack.alt.org changes their URL structure it would appear to NethackBot as though all of that player's games were brand new and it'd result in a massive amount of tweeting.
