Doclet is not compatible with Java 13+

I got this error when using this lib:

error: Class com.github.markusbernhardt.xmldoclet.XmlDoclet is not a valid doclet.
  Note: As of JDK 13, the com.sun.javadoc API is no longer supported.

Use https://github.com/manticore-projects/xml-doclet. It works with JDKs 17, 21 and 23. We'll try to keep it up-to-date with current JDK releases.
