Ability to Ignore "scan errors.... folder marker missing" warnings, per folder

Feature description

Hi there,

so i have a mounted folder, and Syncthing works fine and automatically "pauses" syncing when this folder is not mounted. It will then detect that the [folder marker](https://docs.syncthing.net/users/faq.html#marker-faq] is missing, and will automatically resume syncing when the folder is mounted again.

Please consider to implement the ability to make Syncthing Tray completely ignore these corresponding "warning" messages, for those folders as manually specified in the config.

Everything that's per folder is per-se a bit of a problem as Syncthing Tray doesn't have settings per folder (Syncthing does, but not Syncthing Tray).

The 2nd screenshot is from the official web UI so any changes to that have to be implemented in Syncthing itself.

I would then follow however this is improved in Syncthing itself here.

I might implement a more generic feature in the future that would allow suppressing different kinds of notifications based on regex patterns. Maybe that'll be sufficient here as well. (You'll then still be able to see the notification in the dialog and the official UI but the tray icon won't take it into account and there won't be an actual notification about it.)

By the way, you ticked "Plasmoid/applet for Plasma desktop" and mention that you're using the Flatpak. Be aware that the Flatpak contains the "Standalone tray application (based on Qt Widgets)". (Of course this doesn't matter much for this feature request as it should be implemented in both UIs.)

Yea the installation proces was a bit confusing, and i wasn't really sure what the best method was;

1. I installed syncthing via apt (see below)
2. I enabled the systemd service, and everything worked fine
3. Because I didn't have a Desktop widget, later i then installed io.github.martchus.syncthingtray via flatpak which gave me the desktop widget (i disabled the option "Launch Syncthing when starting the tray icon.)
   This is working.

If you have tips to improve this setup, happy to hear them :-)

I don't have tips to improve; if the Flatpak works then use it. I just wanted to point out that this is not the Plasmoid which you would have to install via distribution-specific packages or by manual compilation and installation.
