How to build the UPDATE..FROM query using squirrel

Following this stackoverflow post. It is possible in postgresql to execute the below query:

update test as t set
    column_a = c.column_a
from (values
    ('123', 1),
    ('345', 2)  
) as c(column_b, column_a) 
where c.column_b = t.column_b;

Is there a possible way to construct a squirrel statement for this type of query?
