Support to save blobs

I have this very specific issue, where Opera Touch on Android 13 (MIUI 14, Xiaomi Redmi Note 10 Pro) gives me a blob:// instead of downloading the processed image from https://clipdrop.co/remove-background
It would be pretty neat to be able to download blobs via this app, though I'm not sure how'd you figure out the file format from just a blob url

If this requires internet permission then I will likely not implement it.

However if it means the data you want is encoded in the blob uri, I likely can do some special handling to extract it.
I can investigate it.

Should be encoded image data afaik, and likely not need Internet

.. wait, that's actually an url.. turns out the blob itself is empty when shared 🤔🤔
