Add support for gamepack achievements #79
Description
Because, why not? :)
For Super Mario Bros. 2, Doki Doki Panic and compatible ROM hacks we should provide our own achievements (not sure where they should be stored though), but gamepack developers will be able to provide their own achievements as well.
