1. install requirements
2. download stage4 checkpoints
3. run prepare_base_video.sh to prepare initial video clips by prepare_base_video.sh
4. (for running locally) run display_to_web.sh, open virtual monitor from the browser, export env variables before run the run_interactive.sh
5. run run_interactive.sh
6. update the prompt, stop/start the generation via commands in the update_ray_var.sh
