MX Cloner - Clone results in 404 page

MX Cloner (v1.2.7) running on EE 2.9.2 with Zenbu installed (also running Zenbu MX Cloner support v1.0.0 extension)
When we select the clone option the site gives us a 404 page with the following URL

http://www.domain.com/undefined&clone=y&use_autosave=n

We've got this installed on another 2.9.2 site (also running Zenbu) and it's working fine - any ideas about where to look to resolve?

We've uninstalled and reinstalled both cloner extensions to no avail

Sounds like the same error I am having - getting the 404 page.
Mine just is working in 1 channel on the site and not working in the other channel. Even stranger...

Hope Max is able to get us a fix for this...

I disabled the Zenbu MX Cloner support extension and then the clone function started working - no idea why though!

I was having this issue too so I updated to 1.2.8 but now when you click on the clone link, it just takes you to the edit page for the entry. I've tried both with and without the Zenbu helper extension enabled.

The site is running EE 2.11.1 and Zenbu 1.9.4.
