Battery Percentage Discrepancy between Verbal and Visual #4

There seems to be a discrepancy between the actual battery percentage, the percentage shown on the Home Screen via laser ink, and the battery percentage reported as the response to a verbal query.
Ex: I asked the pin "Battery?" and was told that my pin's battery was at 35%. I then immediately invoked the laser ink display and saw 32% on the Home Screen.
Ex: After sitting on the charging pad overnight, the expectation is that the Pin would be at 100% charge (or thereabouts). Immediately after taking the pin off the charging pad, I invoked the laser ink and saw 100% on the Home Screen. I lowered my hand and asked "battery?" with a response of 68%. I waited 15 seconds and then asked again and was told "54%".
