Simulating thicker slices #4

Hi,
thank you for making your software available! I try to test it on some of my high-res data by downsampling them into a low-res version along the slice encoding direction and try to recover the HR version. I tried to follow your paper. However, I somewhat cannot really find a way to find a correct approximation of a thick-slice version of the HR data.
Could you maybe provide some code snippets on how you filtered the data to approximate a LR version?
