fix: System overview doesn't show the correct configuration value for model

Bug Description | 问题描述

At the System overview dashboard, the model include Embedding, Summarizer and Skill evolver doesn't show the correct values that have configurated in setting module.
Also the values have effected in system. Only the display values in system overview are wrong.
