Compatibility with R version 4.0

I tried cloning this repository but it could not determine the bioconductor packages when I tried to restore the renv.lock files. I was wondering if there is a compatibility issue with the R version or the bioconductor version...thank you!

Apologies for the slow response - there was some delay in transferring the code base over. Which bioconductor version are you using, and are you getting an error when running a specific version of Seurat in the chooseR wrapper?
