I have a question regarding the parameters that can be optimized using this tool. The publication mentions the optimization of resolution, but I am curious if the number of neighbors in the SNN graph can also be optimized. I am analyzing data with Seurat and would like to know if chooseR can optimize these parameters as well. If so, could you please explain how this would work?
