dms, the DNS Management System

This code comprises the dmsdmd DNS management daemon, zone_tool, dyndns_tool,
the Python 3 dms modules, and associated SQL schemas and management shell
scripts.

Note: dms depends on py-magcode-core up at 
    https://github.com/grantma/py-magcode-core.git
