Improve Process for new users (and adding users)

It is too difficult/slow to provide users access to composer. To make it easier, can we

1. create a view-only role
2. when people sign in with their ORCiD access, automatically allow view-only role.
3. To request increased functions, enable the ability to contact Composer admin (me) via sendto: link. ; subject line: Composer request
4. Add link to composer documentation; 1. curation manual; 2. Composer user guide.

hold on point 5 until we decide also for sckanner, estimate all the rest.

The estimate is 10 hrs (Exception made for 5 since we are still waiting for sckanner to weight on that).
