Request: be able to easily find individual populations from the statement list view
Proposed Acceptance Criteria: Add the field "short name" to the search criteria in the statement list view so that we can search for individual populations. currently we can only limit the search to population set names, which isn't enough to explicitly find the population we'd like.
Should be flexible enough so that we do not have to include the entire short name, e.g., "neuron type aacar 9a", but rather can search "aacar 9a" to retrieve the result.
