[Bug] File Manager: page refresh always switches back to root

Description

When a user refreshes the page in File Manager while being inside any subfolder or nested path, the system always redirects them back to the root.

eCurrency has the same problem: #695
Need to check other apps for this behavior

Steps to reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Navigate into any subfolder or open the 'shared' page, or any picture
2. Refresh the page.

Expected behavior

The user should remain in the same folder after page refresh.
