Currently, the backend and frontend are mainly meant for being used in Euro. In the future, it should be possible to select a currency during initial setup that will be used for SumUp API request, will be shown in the toasts on the frontend, etc.
The backend mainly deals with raw numbers, so there should be little to no changes needed on that end (except the SumUp handlers).
