Package sttools is missing

The package sttools is in the list of packages in MiKTeX console but is not in the CTAN repositories (there is only sttools__source).

It's currently not possible to build the package due to a broken .dtx file.

I don't understand.
Today I try to build the package and it works. Latexing sttools.ins results in creation of cuted.sty, floatpag.sty, flushend.sty, stabular.sty and stfloats.sty without error.

The sttools package is still in the MiKTeX packages list but is still not present in the MiKTeX CTAN repositories...
Therefore, this creates an error during the update of MiKTeX.

In last version of MiKTeX (26.1), the package sttools is still in the list of packages in the MiKTeX console, but is not in CTAN repositories. That causes always an error during instalation of new packages in MiKTeX.
Is it possible : or put the package in CTAN repository, or suppress sttools of the list of avalable packages?
