Updating Console and Packages from CLI

Hi there,

I'm a sysadmin who deploys MikTeX to hundreds of computers via Intune and MECM. Curious if there is a way to update the console and packages without having to download all new packages, compress them, and go from there. We don't keep a local repo because it would be a bunch of bandwidth for thousands of files across multiple machines.

We tell our users to stay in user mode, as there is typically no need to go into admin mode.

If I overlooked the documentation, my apologies. If you could point me in the right direction, that'll be great.
