Get OData added to the Docs Product Directory

OData should be listed here along with the other Microsoft products: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/documentation/

The list is alphabetical. So OData is on the far right after a whooooole bunch of products with "Microsoft" in their official name.

I see this is a super old issue, so perhaps it was just addressed sometime after the issue was created but not closed. I don't have rights to close so I can't.
