Adding new data doesn't seem to work

I've tried adding myself and my company several times - additions do not seem to appear in the site.

Thank you for using Civic Graph and taking the time to submit an issue for us!
We are aware of this problem and are currently working extensively to solve it. We will update when it's done, hopefully in the upcoming week.
In the meantime, all of the data is saved to a backup file, which we periodically feed back to the database - so the information is not lost.
