No indicator for which forms are required in Add-New Form #44

Just a suggestion to have some kind of indicator for which fields are required.

Looks like you have to enter all the required information before the "save" button un-grays. But a user (unlike myself) wouldn't know that Name/Location/Entity type / etc are required.
