Request: Add Svelte 5 runes patterns to skill pack

Description

The current skill collection covers many frameworks but doesn't include Svelte 5 runes patterns ($state, $derived, $effect, $props).

Would love to see:

• Migration patterns from Svelte 4 stores to runes
• $state vs $derived decision tree
• Server-side rendering with SvelteKit 2.x
• Form handling with $bindable

Context

Svelte 5 shipped stable in Oct 2024 and runes are the new default. Most docs are still mixing old/new syntax.
