Friends list doesn't work on Bedrock

What platform does this issue occur on?

Bedrock

Current Behavior?

Nothing happens after doing /friend or /friend list

What should happen?

Opens book as usual or if Geyser doesn't support it, show friends list with the old behavior before the most recent update

Should be simple enough, check if the sender's name starts with a dot and if so instead of showing the book, use the old friends list & commands

Reproduction Steps

1. Join Minehut Bedrock on any device
2. Type /friend or /friend list in chat
3. No book appears
