I submitted this. A few notes:
NJ Transit marks the current URL that Mobility Database is using for NJT rail/bus as "legacy":

The new NJT GTFS API (docs here) says that you need a token to access the getGtfs endpoint, but that doesn't actually seem to be the case. However, NJT rail GTFS seems to check and require a token and documents a response in which the token can be rejected (docs here). Man NJ Transit is weird. These docs also contain information on the GTFS-RT schedules for NJ Transit.
