Unsupported Splice Command

Hi,
I'm using Elemental API to parse SCTE35 in multicast transport stream, At the time of event I'm getting following error.

The command I'm using

./packager-scte 'in=udp://225.2.2.2:7145?interface=192.168.x.x&reuse=1,stream=audio,segment_template=/var/www/html/shaka-test/audio_$Number$.ts,playlist_name=/var/www/html/shaka-test/audio.m3u8,hls_group_id=audio' 'in=udp://225.2.2.2:7145?interface=192.168.x.x&reuse=1,stream=video,segment_template=/var/www/html/shaka-test/h264_360p_$Number$.ts,playlist_name=/var/www/html/shaka-test/h264_360p.m3u8' --hls_master_playlist_output h264_master.m3u8 --hls_playlist_type LIVE

Packager Version: packager-linux-2.4.3 version v2.4.3-dd98700-release

Can you please look into it?
