Feature request - e-mail reports

Hi,

We're considering implementing checkQC into our workflow, but we're missing a key feature. We'd need checkQC to e-mail the qc report for each run to the people responsible (who might not be very technologically inclined).
Nice graphs and tables would be a plus, but a basic e-mail functionality would be great.

Is this something you'd be willing to support?

Hi Matthias, sorry for the late reply. That sounds cool, we would gladly support it. It is however nothing we need internally and our resources are sparse, hence it is probably nothing we will implement. We gladly accept PRs including this feature though!

@matthdsm This does not solve the e-mail feature, but I thought I'd let you know that a CheckQC module is coming for MultiQC, making it possible to visualize the CheckQC report: MultiQC/MultiQC#1552
