Hey, could u guide me how do i change the avatar? like i wanna customize it to differenet character. what steps do i need to follow?

Mate it's impossible to change it, you have to make one from zero and replace the glb. Once you ahve done you have to crypt it with encrypt.cjs and than you can use it
