Display frames corresponding to selected input line #58

This is a feature idea set in the far future. In case we're able to feed video results back to TAS-Editor, it might be helpful to see which frames in the video corresponded to which line in the script.

Quoting a message from the Switch TAS Discord server:

An extra window (or pane in TAS Editor) that shows an image of the frame you have selected. This would be very useful because we’d instantly be able to tell where in our TAS we are looking at in addition to being able to tell e.g. how quickly a character is going so we can estimate how many frames we need to press a certain button (Sorry, long sentence). I’m not asking for savestates; I think this feature would only require a built-in video recorder for Yuzu that records every time a script is played back. It would then display the current frame selected.

(this idea can be generalized for any playback method, not only Yuzu specifically)
